These terms apply to text messages sent by Gulf Coast Hosting. By opting in to our text messaging program you agree to the terms below.

Program description

Gulf Coast Hosting sends text messages to guests and owners about reservations, check-in, stays, and account matters. Messages may include booking confirmations, check-in instructions and access details, updates and reminders during a stay, replies to questions you send us, and account notices for property owners.

Consent and how to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages when you book a stay with us, complete our check-in form, sign up for the owner portal, or text us first at 917-509-1831. By opting in you agree to receive text messages from Gulf Coast Hosting at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by reservation and account activity.

How to cancel

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. If you cancel reservation messages, you may miss time-sensitive information about your stay; we will still reach you by email or phone when needed.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
